
Public tender for the establishment or upgrade of electronic commerce in SMEs in the period 2019-2022 “E-BUSINESS 2019-2022”
In the framework of the E-BUSINESS OPERATION 2019-2022, co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), we are in the company SIMARINE d.o.o. successfully obtained grants for the implementation of the project “Digitalization of SIMARINE” (shorter: DIGI SIMARINE). Within the framework of project activities, we will set up an electronic exchange portal between business partners in the company, digitize performances at fairs, set up a new website and an online store for foreign markets, produce a product-sale video and strengthen competencies through training, especially with the purpose of optimal performance of work tasks.
SOFTEH d.o.o., who appeared as an external contractor in the tender, implemented a complete electronic exchange service between the partners. The work covers the development of a software interface for synchronizing inventory data between the online store and buyers / suppliers for the needs of a secure connection and exchange of electronic documents with customers.
Studio Legen d.o.o., who appeared as an external contractor in the tender, implemented a service for the digitization of appearances at fairs and the production of a video-sales video.
Multimedia Studio d.o.o., who emerged as an outsourcing provider in the tender, launched a web site service for foreign markets and online stores. The work includes programming, optimization, preparation and input of the content and proofreading of translations into 3 additional languages.
Maja Jankovič s.p., who emerged as an external contractor in the tender, carried out a service for strengthening the competencies – training in the field of Internet opportunities for the development of the company, the benefits and traps of the Internet of Things, digital marketing and sales funnel, the operation of online shops, etc.
ELECTRONIC EXCHANGE BETWEEN PARTNERS
Establishing a system interface for synchronizing inventory data between the online store and buyers / suppliers for the needs of a secure connection and exchange of electronic documents with customers. Distributors will have the opportunity to automatically order products and exchange documents (order forms, order confirmation, e-invoice issue …) and synchronize with existing accounting software. The aim is to reduce the daily burden on the sales team, to drastically increase sales, to increase the number of distributors, to increase exports and sales in foreign markets.
DIGITALIZATION OF FACILITIES AT FAIRS
In the internet, we will present SIMARINE together with a sales product video and a detailed presentation of our products – systems that integrate into the real environment and their operation. The goal is to reach a wide audience that daily reviews the product portfolio for use in the design of new projects or the completion of existing ones.
FOREIGN TRADE WEBSITE
We will set up a new website with the new concept of presenting a product for a new niche market. The website will be in Slovene, Croatian, German, English and Spanish. The website will have a modern look, customized performance on all devices (especially on mobile and tablets). The web site will present the new marketing niche of the company’s flagship product in full and in detail.
WEB SHOP FOR FOREIGN MARKETS
Establish a new modern online store that will bring a simple user experience. Online store will support ordering on all electronic devices. The online shop will also offer users a real-time product price calculation while changing the properties of the product via the configurator. It will also enable the submission of online demand, or the confirmation of the order by paying the advance will greatly simplify the company’s inexpensive selling process. The online store will be in Slovene, Croatian, German, English and Spanish language …
COMERCIAL VIDEO
With the product sales image, we will present the company in the most attractive and credible manner for presentation primarily on foreign markets, and at the same time inform our existing and potential new partners about the quality of our production and products. We will present an innovative business environment and the essential segments of our working process. The video will be equipped with modern and animated video graphics or info graphics, which will give our presentation an additional dimension.
STRENGTHENING COMPETENCES – TRAINING
Training will be conducted entitled “Internet Opportunities for Developing a Business on Foreign Markets”. The education program will educate employees about the importance of adapting to rapid changes and internal challenges that digitization and the use of the web and web applications bring. Understanding and perceptions of employees on the digitization of business, the Internet of Things (IoT) and the infrastructure opportunities offered by social networks have a major impact on employee involvement in innovation and the quality of work, which is not only reflected in a successful sales.
